Winner 2014: Erich Harsch
CEO dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG, Karlsruhe
Erich Harsch joined dm-drogerie markt in August 1981. In 1987, he took over responsibility for IT application development at dm. He has been the CEO of dm’s IT subsidiary FILIADATA and a member of dm’s Board of Directors since 1992. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Management since May 2008. He currently holds regional responsibility for 200 dm branches in Bavaria. Furthermore, Mr Harsch is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Hornbach Holding AG, and a member of the committee of association of the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry as well as of the plenum of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Karlsruhe.
