• Chair of the Managing Board of TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG, the holding company of the TRUMPF Group, responsible for Strategic Development, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, Real Estate, Facilities, and beginning July 1, 2014 for Legal Affairs, Sustainable Management, Safety and Security.
• Master in German and English language and literature and Japanese language and culture in Freiburg, Middlebury, VT (USA) and Zurich, Switzerland followed by Ph.D. in 1987.
• Public Relations and Marketing Officer 1985 – 1988, TRUMPF GmbH + Co KG, Ditzingen, Germany and Public Relations Manager 1988 to 1990, TRUMPF Corporation in Yokohama, Japan.
• From 1992 to 2010 Managing Director of the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung GmbH, since 1994 Holding Partner of TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG, Managing Director of TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG appointed 2003. Since November 2005 Chair of the Managing Board of TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG, the holding company of the TRUMPF Group.

In addition to her corporate functions, Dr. Leibinger-Kammüller holds a number of political and cultural positions. She is a member of the supervisory board of Lufthansa AG, Siemens AG, Axel Springer SE and Voith GmbH. In addition, she is a member of the advisory council of the Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg and the BW-Bank.
