The basis of all economic activity should be the values of the honorable businessman, i.e. above all, as my grandmother always said, to be honest. This applies not only to customers, but also to the workforce: openness breeds openness! This also includes communicating mistakes clearly and having an open feedback structure in all directions. What we do should be done with love and joy. This also helps us to recover more quickly from low points and not to brood for too long.
Hartmut Jenner has led Kärcher as CEO for 23 years with great success, he lives his vision and goals, leads with values and goals, is self-critical and strives to be a role model for others. Kärcher employees should also see themselves as entrepreneurs within the company, always asking themselves how they would make decisions if they owned the company.
